Single player save file wont load

My gf and I each have our own profiles and one main on the xbox one x. On 2 of the profiles, the single player save files (both exiles and siptah) both load up fine, but on the 3rd profile, we can play for a week or so and then one day when trying to log in it takes us to the create character screen.
We’ve tried deleting the save file and re-syncing the cloud save. We’ve done a soft reset and cleared the cache, but nothing works. Ive lost about 200+ hours.
We also have the issue of invisible pets and enemies and cubs. And also an issue of the camera randomly floating to the left. Doesnt do it in any other game.

Can anyone help?

Try deleting the problem gamertag from the console, then redownload it from the cloud
