Some of the head trophy feats are meant for wildlife in the Exiled Lands, and not Siptah.
There’s a book for learning them that you have to find. It’s somewhere just above the beach South of the Island in the North East, just look for a camp with some cages and a pile of rotting meat likely being eaten by a feral dog
