Put my siptah thralls named figthers or teir 3 thralls figthers beraers archer accursed beserker cant get them past lvl 12 before there killed there using heavy dragon bone armor like 1300 an change armor steak to heal i even have the attributes to buff them an the us only legandary weapons but they become siptahs whipping boy an die whyyyyy exiles thralls are boss when i run them but why di siptah thralls suck so bad

You might want to read this guide I made not long ago about thralls.
Probably want to pay special attention to the healing section (grilled steak is the second worst food for healing for example)
After you go through that and learn some tricks, I think you’ll find your thralls will perform better.

No matter what, right now the Grey ones are extremely vicious for thralls, is like getting them to a multiple arena champion fight. So i would suggest you in Siptah to avoid some conflicts with thralls if they are not fully leveled.
Then on surges things can go easily out of hand. So for surges it’s best to use tier 3 bearers. They seem to gain enormous hp but they don’t hit, they are pure tanks. So train 2 bearers tier 3 and take these fellows on surges, give them coup de grace and kill the rest alone.

Fix the primitive heavy + bulked plating
Buffs in encumbrance
Tulwar, shield, Musashi
Carry only the necessary, the bearers can carry the loot and the camel have space for storing legendary weapons. Force buff your bearers for concussion damage.
South with dragons, Vaults, tower (especially in Maelstrom) ruins with skeleton bosses and fractured citadel, are pretty decent to train thralls, avoid npc camps and Grey warrior areas while you train thralls.

On Siptah PS5 - Official Server I have sometimes the problem that I do damage to my own thralls. Yesterday I leveled a fighter to level 19 without a problem. Today I wanted to level him to twenty in the maelstom, I was close to loosing him before I notice that it is me that is killing him. You can easily test it, before you leave your base, set him on follow and punch him. When he takes damage leave your thralls at the base for the day.

What weapon you used in the Maelstrom?
This is a serious bug m8. Can you reproduce it?

Are you playing on a pvp server @krihypha ? You damage your thralls if you hit them on pvp.
If it’s on single player mode, disable pvp.
If it is on pve, it’s a hell of a bug!

You are right, it is a pve-c server, and i never realized that it is normal that you can damage your own thrall during pvp times. I use a strenght built, so I do not use them very often for combat
So, there you have it. You need to adapt your playstyle, that’s all. 
I never take my thralls anywhere neear the Grey Ones anymore. I get Jhill gloves and climb and snipe them to farm there.
