I see tha @Dana has replied to all the threads regarding offline server and marked them as solved. Just in case FC decides not to read those threads because they think it’s solved…I’m here to tell you it isn’t.
Yes you brought the servers back online, but what good is that going to do if all of our stuff is wiped. The whole point of waiting for you guys to fix the servers and bring them back online was so that we could continue with our existing characters. If people wanted to start over, they would have just done so already.
I don’t like to ping mods/devs, but this is 4 days in now. So just making them aware, and also aware that the problem is not sovled..not at all.
Kosef is too nice and way too kind. This is total BS. You take the servers down. They are down for days without notice. You tell us they are back up and now our characters are COMPLETELY WIPED.
If I was running Funcom you’d all be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!
Treating customers like this is underhanded and unacceptable!!!
The issue here is G-PORTAL (many of them are) and the ridiculous way they attached themselves to this sh$t company at the start and now cannot get away from them.
This issue could potentially be the reason I never touch Conan again and that’ll be sad but at what point does enough truly mean enough we’ve all endured the terrible server lag for what feels like eternity’s and starting over doesn’t seem realistic at this point if this situation can just happen out of the blue at any given moment with no explanations
Seems like most servers have been restored with characters. I do think they were restored to a day or so before the servers went down..but I’ll take it. I can’ work with that. Thank you.
