I was fooling around on an official pvp server, and there were several other people there. All of us were missing our servers and our servers are down without explanation or any word at all from Funcom. I wish they would tell us what is going on.

Well Leave it to Hansel to be the only person that will tell us loyal customers WTF is going on. Thanks. Funcom and GPortal should send you a check, as if they cared. Just to clarify, this is for the many Official Conan Exiles pvp servers that are down, right?
i thought on reporting the issue myself , maybe we all get lucky i tried to gather some of the server numbers and added those to the report. got a response from gportal in less than 5 minutes., (That is support!!!)
they clarified it is a widespread issue over several servers, and nothing to do with Funcom, but them… so i already apologized to funcom regarding that server issue as it is NOT on them.

It was nice of you to apologise but as it’s their game, and if they kept us informed, or if we had any information at all, how else could we know it was not funcom? You had every right to be concerned especially when we had dead silence from funcom.

its being fair,
but you have a point if we were informed by funcom saying something like : we are aware of the issues with some US servers, and we are working with gportal to solve the situation they have on their end.
then it would be something.,
we used to have those type of messages even on holidays… (a few years back)
but since this time around the evidence clears funcom of the issue. an apology was in order , i know i went totally ballistic on them, this issue was just the last drop for me, there are many issues. but this one is NOt funcoms, i will not hold a blame on something that they are innocent.
