Day 3 of my 10 ish day old server being down drama free PvP bought because of the hackers on 1931 it was great people were joining and having fun and the crash g portal said there working on it but if we reply to the ticket it will put us to the bottm of the list . No happy guys

Their faq probbably said something about it - not sure - but please have patience, they host servers for all big games.

Not sure what Funcom has to do with gportal having issues. Maybe you can ask for a refund and go with one of the various other good providers out there. Survial Servers, nitrado, low.ms, etc
