Ah yeah. Conan would literally be the most perfect survival game ever if the lag stopped being such an everyday issue. Rust and other games doesn’t have it nearly this bad. It’s kind of shocking that its been like this for 4-5 years straight and got worse in 3.0.
This is the first time I’ve seen the “bug” with bombs actually described. I don’t think this is a bug. I think it’s an intentional nerf.
This is a huge problem but I don’t think it’s being caused by 3.0 specifically. It’s just that there’s more interest in the game right now so there are more players and higher server loads.
I know you can hit them while potting. Thats not the issue. The problem is that you cant kill them. The case with clutton is if u hit your shots glutton wont help you at all.
There is no way that being unable to raid doors or walls is an intentional nerf.
I went back and looked at the patch notes and they only mentioned removing the physics after ignition and increasing the area of effect of the damage over time component. Nothing specific about changing how the blast works.
There was also a change to demonfire orbs to increase their dot to 1000 and a comment about how this makes them comparable to bombs.
That being said, it’s hard to imagine bombs ever being comparable to orbs without a pretty big nerf to bombs.
Are you referring to the Katana exploit that seems to be introduced in 3.0? Or just a general very high damage build?
High damage builds. The methods I know don’t utilize the Katana.
Yes, blocking skins IS REAL threat to the core gameplay, first it seems meh… but when you think IF in some point in da future most of gear around us WILL BE skins… imagine what game be like

Yeah that’s what I mean especially if they go away who knows when you can buy it again I’ve already experienced despawning enemy loot because me and my whole clan can’t even use it
nice, wasting precious items and recourses now, personally, im not about raiding any1
but me and my mates always plunder decaying\abandoned bases, NO stuff should be wasted in survival sandboxes, right? really helpful for middle game and sparing a lot of time instead of dull grinding,
now we can have situation when tons of items just gonna vanish, because you HAVE no right to pick them… lol D
