Something that can keep rain out?

Anyone know if there is something that can keep rain out?
It’s raining just as bad even though I’m under cover ??

The wetness effect gets applied no matter what you’re under, so if that’s what you mean, you can’t keep it out. The rain itself won’t show up if you’re under a roof.

Its on the list for bugs, but unfortunately it seems to be a very complex thing to solve.
