Sorcery Events not spawning for either 1 or 2

Bug Description:

None of the sorcery events spawn neither AGE 1 or 2. A few from AGE 1 spawned when I brought it online (Host Havoc) and once beaten never respawned. AGE 2 - The witch hunts never spawned.
