Spear Throw Stack Loss

Bug Reproduction:

With a full stack of spears, I throw one, in this case to the ground. This causes the thrown spear to lose durability as it should. I then pick up the spear that has durability loss. When I throw that spear again, the spear with durability loss stays in the stack (You can see this in the quick bar). When you pick up the new spear that has been thrown onto the ground, one spear in the stack is lost completely and the original (1st spear) loses durability.
