Mainly because it’s fairly misleading. having multiple slots when the Building piece is open only adds to the misleading title. Suggestion to change it’s name to be more accurate and possibly lessen the number of slots in view for active foal.
An additional suggestion to this would be to add an upgraded version at a higher level with more active foal slots, like the Animal Pens, seeing as how many different combinations of horses there are, people will want to farm for a really good one.
