Stages losing stability after recent update

Am i really left stranded for the weekend? really Funcom??

Is there a fix or an advised way to act/workaround?

Any way to get all of my stuff back?

Can i login already again - as i dont dare afraid to damage more.

some of the bases around including mine have lost roofs and crumble the moment they come in rendering distance, some players dont even know yet.

Logically there will be no fix other but to revert this update?? why isn’t that executed before the impact deepens?

Inverted tiled wedge insulated wooden slope roof pieces missing on back to back restarts here. Getting to the point of just not logging in for a few days.

My buildings are also destroyed every time the game is loaded, after the last update

After downloading the update and entering the game, part of the walls and roof of the castle collapsed. I rebuilt them, hoping that this will not happen again, but hoping in vain - “crashes” occur with every load, large or small. Mostly reverse triangular roofs collapse. According to my feelings, this is due to the violation of the binding of other objects to triangular ceilings - parts of the structure attached to these ceilings are crumbling.

For a while, it seemed to me that Funkom had changed something for the better in relation to his product and to the people who purchased it. The hope did not come true :rage:.

Perhaps it’s time for you to realize that changing anything in the building structures more than three years after the release of the game is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE?

I’m not talking about changes at all - I’m talking about the inadmissibility of changing the basic parameters of building structures - their geometry, snap grids, etc. - of which thousands and thousands of people have built a huge number of buildings over the years. And the “specialists” Funkom, with inexplicable tenacity, climb precisely into these parameters with each update - and with each update our roofs fall on our heads or our NPCs fall into hell, or something like that happens.

While I certainly understand the frustration, if this is what it takes to resolve this issue once and for all, I am good with the changes.

Bug Description: Logging in after patch all inverted wedge sloped roofs and stages lost stability including every object placed over the stages, in this case many full chests, workstations and decorative objects

Expected Behavior: Expectations were for such objects to not suddenly lose stability after holding well for a long time.

Steps to Reproduce: Use these objects with older conan version, patch and wonder

Official server 1930 & 6157. Same thing here. I just checked my Event Logs and random things are decaying for no reason. Even worse, it’s an ongoing problem. Within hours something else will decay somewhere else.

This patch really seems to hate…

  • Struts (Vertical Decorative Beam and Diagonal Decorative Beam).
  • Hatch Frames
  • Stairs attached to pillars

Things are decaying right off the Vertical Decorative Beams. And the Diagonal Decorative Beams are simply decaying.

Hatch frame are randomly disappearing for no reason I can see.

Stairs held up by pillars don’t calculate stability correctly. The pillar itself will have a stability of 100, but the stair attached to it will only have a stability of 25.
If you upgrade/downgrade the pillar with any other type it sometimes re-registers the correct stability. At least, temporarily.

And I’m sure there are other failures in this “stability” patch that I didn’t catch. But this really REALLY should not have been implemented.

Are you sure this patch was supposed to fix building stability? Because it seems to be having the opposite effect.

You didn’t really just implement a self-destruct and leave for the weekend, did you? Not even a rollback to previous patch before you go…?

well - today 2 times server is 9999 ping ( #6422) and when i got in now random yamatan roof is gone, but now nothing in log files… basically each restart destroys some DLC piece…

My god… was about to report this its so damn annoying…

Ugh… when they fix this issue they should be easy to place since I had to do the weirdest tricks to place them in the first place…

People on my server also reported roofs falling and the arena stairs attached to the top of wedge foundations disappearing.

Hello do you think that we will have a fix on 2.4.7? Things still falling on server restart.

Its happening here on my Private server.
When I restart the server, the stages( Debaucheries of Derketo DLC) are breaking.

We need an urgent fix!!!

It even happens on unmodded single player

Bug Description: I just want to report a BUG concerning some building pieces from the DLC
Debaucheries of Derketo name “STAGE” , all 4 types of the “Stage” related building pieces are currently bug they suddenly get destroyed every time a re-login to the game, this never happen before this only started after the recent patches, I placed them inside my castles in the 2nd and 3rd floors even though their stability are green or good they still get destroyed right away every time i re-login for no apparent reason, i can provide a video copy of the bug, using streamable here in this link is were i put my recorded recreation of the bug. stage pieces BUG

This should work and not get destroyed all of a sudden this never happened before, these "stages buidling pieces " i placed them inside my castles in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor and have good stability and never get destroyed before the patches, after the recent patches this bug is occurring all of a sudden.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. build or place the “stage” building pieces, try all 4 types of stage set pieces from Debaucheries of Derketo to recreate bug
  2. build them or place them on any 2nd or 3rd floor level inside a building or castle, even with good stability
  3. log out from game
  4. re login game , watch they get destroyed with no apparent reason

This isnt just a pc DLC issue it also happening on the Xbox consoles as well. It’s a shame I just started to get back into Conan and this issue keeps happening everytime I reblog back in…


2 Stage pieces went poof, sadly on top of them was 10 chests full of items.
