Then I think you’re right to keep pushing with FC’s support. Mind you, no one on the forums can help or fix this, FC doesn’t do any support here, but it sounds like you’re on the right track to go back to them.

that random bug, simply retry and click the quicker possible, and you will finish to be able to log finally (can be ff unlucky 50 tries), but usually its 20-25
