You need to open a ticket over zendesk.
But zendesk is not working correctly for most people. They just see a blank space where the menu entry should be
So before some of the admins just give you this link and close this thread…

Or push the blank space in the middle
(When you push the burger menu in the right corner this blank space will shown. Then push the middle of it)
It would be nice if funcom make a pinned thread… Every day 10 people asking the same and most of them don’t understand how to submit a ticket when there is no visible button to submit a ticket.
Just a short description about the bug in zendesk and how to get your cc would be very helpful for most people and you admins don’t have to post the same stuff 10 times a day.
I am sure 8 people will see the thread… And for the other two it would be helpful to know that zendesk is not working correctly in most mobile browsers

Thank you @ConanBoDk for your assistance and your report on the Zendesk mobile version. We already poked the team in charge of the page to make the proper adjustments.
Regarding @NatronaFats’s issue with the coins, please submit your ticket under “in-game purchase”.
