Still getting "Lost Online Connection" when clearly connected to internet

Cannot play in any online games, due to false “Lost Online Connection” dialog.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Launch game
  2. Choose Play Online
  3. Get the Lost Online Connection dialog
  4. Watch server list populate behind dialog.
  5. Pound hands on desk since this has been happening for a week, no matter what time of day or how many times I remove and re-install the game or try whatever thing I can think of.

Game worked fine before latest round of patches. Never had a connection issue to the Official Server #1500 that I play on. No mods. Running BattleEye. Running Windows 8.1, fully patched, 16 GB RAM, fast AMD CPU and GPU.

You have at least a list of servers). I have an empty list . And just a connection error. :smiley:

I am having the same problem.

Go into Control Panels > Internet Options > Advanced > Security, and enable Use TLS 1.2. See if that helps.

I changed the networking settings, this did not fix the Lost Connection problem. I installed today’s latest patch 29/06/2020, and I still have this problem on Windows 8.1
