Strange bugs only affecting me on official servers

Game mode: Online official 1110 + 1031
Type of issue: Healing, vit40 perk Receptive doesn´t work proper.
Server type: PvP
Region: EU

I have on two different servers the same issue. It´s not even a visual bug. Every food heals for 5/sec, and every pot for 10/sec no matter my health max/vitality. I´ve reinstalled the game on Steam a couple of times by now. Even deleted the whole Folder after.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Reinstalled several times, including a full folder wipe manually.
  2. Died, used attribute resets, tried 40+ vit with and without buffs.
  3. I would provide jpgs or mp4, but “new” users can´t upload or link…

For some reason Arena Champion armor and sandmask does´t work either.

I know I’ve seen this one reported before. Lots of people say they have to unequip it then re-equip it before it works. Is that the case for you, or does it just not work, ever?
