Strange skin texture issue on thrall

Game Mode: Single Player
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: none
Mods: Immersive armor, Pickup+, Hosav’s Custom UI, Grim Productions, Conan1985, , UnlockPlus, Improved Qualty of Life, Thralls are alive.

  1. Put thrall into wheel of pain.
  2. Wait for WoP to finish, then extract thrall and place it.
  3. Upon placement, thrall will have unusual skin color.
  4. Moving it around “fixes” the issue, but upon placing again the bug persists.
  5. Restarting the game fixes it permanently.

Do note that all the other thralls were fine, and were even wearing the same armor type.
