Thrall and server stability issues

Bug Description:

Hello, I’ve reported the issue through the official means and no results have been given. I’m on official server #1822 PVE-C. Time 05-14-2024 7am. MST. Location: I-4. Issue: Thrall claim bug. Someone left their thrall in the middle of my base somehow and I can’t get rid of it. It’s been here for almost a month now. Can you please move it? It’s named “bounce” level 2 performer. 2nd issue: Server stability is horrible. Players have reported not being able to find star metal ore for the past 3 days now. Thralls have been spawning below foundations created from pillars and ceilings. Rhino mounts and even thralls are giving audio ques of different animals (like a lion roar). These are just a few of the issues we’ve reported and nothing is being resolved or even mentioned.

Bug Reproduction:

Thralls through floor seems to be common every time I log on or leave base for an extended period.
