Funny, the exact same thing happened to me today. I had to take off my bracelet to get free.

In this situation, I push the USE button on the horse and after a while I appear on his saddle without animation. Crouching sometimes helps.

This has happened to me on several occasions, I found that if you can target your horse, then set to guard your fine, however, if you’re in an area where you can’t place a follower, closing the game works ( then you have to search for both followers :frowning: ).

remove the bracelet works too but it is annoying.
