Hello, althought i have a very good graphics card (RX 5700) i am getting severe stuttering and frame drops and my GPU utilization is constantly 100%.
My video settings is all high and 1440p.

Could you please also share your computer specs and current driver version for the GPU?
Are you playing the game from Steam, Windows Store, Epic Launcher or another?
I play from Epic launcher and my pc specs are:
R5 2600
RX 5700
16GB RAM
480SSD
my gpu driver is the latest 19.8.1
