Maybe that a feature -not a bug. I like stealing things in this game =E
Especially with no city guards coming to yell at you and take you to jail.

I tried in my single-player game, it says I can’t because I don’t own this!
So I suppose it is linked to server settings, with the “no ownership” for instance?

Don’t know it worked on offi but not on my private server lol
Even though while they have same pve settings.
they dont even exist in my singelplayer 
Well, i wouldn’t! Slaying and stealing from npcs is my thing.
