Hello i have purchased a monthly subscription in a week now and the status is still “pending” i checked my credit card and the money was already send the moment i purchased it i hope you guys can check the problem out cause i still need to get the dlc and maybe get more premium months .Thanks
Yeah direct payments to funcom are abit iffy I always use PayPal it always seems to work straight away ….petitions take a longggg time to be answered! Your best bet is reaching out to a mod in these forums @AndyB

If it’s not sorted try purchasing another month to force it through I know it’s not ideal but it used to work for me before I changed over to PayPal
Yeah i think ill try it now with paypal get some funcom points just to test it out but i really hope they fix this issue since a lot of people are having the same problem and we’re getting no reply or update from the CS anyway thanks for the reply benny <3
