Support Ticketing System

Nothing worst than new players joining your official PVE server and spamming sandstone foundations everywhere lol. I started looking today for the support info to report this clan. But then I thought why… It would just sit with the 1000000 other email requests everyone else has about that same issue and never get resolved in a timely manner.

Then it hit me! Why doesn’t the Conan Exile team set up a simple ticketing system for well-behaved community regulars to report? They could be expedited issues.

Say I have an issue on my official server I put a ticket in. You already know I am a trustworthy person since I have already shown my dedication to the game with the way I conduct myself on the community boards. So the game admin will not be wasting their time on an unknown problem and it can be dealt with quickly.

Another situation could be a random new person to the community board could place a complaint on the forums like they do today. A community regular with the ability to place these escalated tickets can go out to the server with the issue and validate that what they are posting is 100% correct. Again this would help the game admins with less time-wasting on fake reports.

All this plus its free labor :slight_smile: what you all think?
