Well yesterday i saw some cool named thralls in volcano but then realized, what the heck difference does it make. If i got a t4 already from noob river why do I care about one from volcano? All T4 thralls are the same, right?

Not correct. Stats are better in the northern locations. That being said, Cimmerian Berserkers from the mounds are probably the best option. Noob river exile T4s are practically garbage. I have a Diedre Deathbringer just because she’s pretty. I don’t go adventuring with her.
Now if you’re referring to crafters, correct. They’re all pretty much the same now and only differ by crafter specialties (e.g. Taskmasters: Driver vs Overseer).

The one’s on the riverside are pretty much useless you can’t knock them out with a basic truncheon they typically die first and have no significant health or stats. New update is going to make changes good or bad we will see. From what I remember reading Berserkers will be getting buffed and another group. Spawned in Dalincia snow hunter today has 2500 health points or so river rats no where close. @El_Parthau @jmk1999 you type faster than me

Then yeah… they’re all the same, aside from the specialization.
There is one difference. It’s a lot harder to accidently kill a Volcano T4 black smith then a Noob river T4 Blacksmith. But yeah they removed the thing that made crafters different from one another. Gone are the days of farming the black galley for 3 weeks looking for a specific crafter.

Pre Sorcery- yes there wasnt a difference- i proved it many times.
However now, noob river T4 wont hold up against some dungeons - will definetly get smoked in the Lemurian dungeon. Champion in warmakers? say goodnight.

One thing that might be worthwhile is if you’re on a public server. Female crafters tend to be more “lucrative” for trading as everyone wants them over males usually. For example, a Beli the Breaker is usually preferred over, say… Leo the Monster. Should you come across females, you can either populate your crafting stations with them entirely, or save them for trading with others down the road. Even female fighters are usually more valuable. Everyone far prefers a pretty female berserker to a male berserker.
Or camping at “Exile Camp 23” looking for Grrr Legbiter, the only armorer who could craft flawless Hyperborean slaver armor. Because he’s an Exile, the odds of accidentally killing him before identifying him were… let’s say too high.
The actual Faction never made any difference with crafters, only their cultural background.

… Crafters are the same. The differences will be in not so useful things. Like a bit more recipes from a cook or some more booze recipes from an alchemist.
Sinners refuge bud, in a week grinding you’ll get all the crafters you need and many spares. Not only Asuras chosen but exile crafters as well. Conal and Grrr are spawning in there, go for it.
