I can’t change options when I am talking. I can only “talk” and I can’t change to lern emote or religion. How can I change that? I am playing on PS4 pro

Thanks for no helping. I have to do evrything alone. everything gets fixed after the update, I just did not expect that on May 7 I will get an unrecognized game.
