Having several issues with both age of heroes thrall quest getting stuck, Freya not getting credit for bear and 1 skull bosses. Lui Fei doesnt have crafting options for bonemeal and black lotus. and Lastly no tavern keepers spawning in purge cages after 50+ purges varying in lvl from 1-10, the tavern keeper wont even spawn via admin controls

Try both the Freya and the Lui Fei quest paths out of Admin mode. If you are already doing in normal mode, restart the missions. There are several step-by-step guides (eg: @Eradicati0nn on youtube) out there should you need. I had issues first time around, but not the second.
In all quest cases, Freya and Lui Fei have to do all the killing and collecting. You are just there to keep them alive, especially in the Nordheim town.
I will keep eyes out for tavern keepers and update loation here if I spot in a cage. You may need to go through a Purge though. Dunno. There should be Guides for this also. Look for a ‘Tavern_Keeper’.
quest lines were done in normal mode, how would one restart them with out restarting server or char.
