They are totally useless, let us override them with poison. Reason to land ultra low effect of cooling from black ice sword to the target, that have no real effect at all? Better to apply phantom poison, that have no counter play at all and wich will block healing…
P.s. no need to promote survival, 40 survival not protecting from phantom poison. Time effect reducing is not noticable in pvp at all, you still should to flee or die if you have worse timing…
