So my Clan and I just got banned for a Month for “Landclaim” Abuse, in reality what happened was Cheating lagswitchers managed to raid out our base down to the foundations then reported the resulting ruin as we left the server as landclaim abuse taking up a building spot, we didn’t foundation web, we didnt claim area around us, we used the space with stations that were there.
Now I have been handed a month long ban and have no right of appeal via zendesk because as per their email it is a “temporary” suspension.
Why are Temporary suspensions unable to be appealed?
STOP playing on official , its that simple. Go on private server with better admin management control. Its with great interest of no idea on what people think about official server. And with the amount of report of banning clans and this and that … you would think people would get it by now.
Also It called Weaponized crier to ban people for a long time. Its almost as bad as swatting in real life , its just individuals being that just like to ruin people fun when funcom themselves makes the exploit or cheat accessible to other in their own stuff. They rather ban people then to fix the issue.
