I didn’t disrespect any community rules, I don’t use the global chat, however, my login was suspended, I registered a ban appeal, but the company doesn’t respond, I recommended the game to 5 friends and now I can’t play with them. so far I haven’t gotten any response from funcom which seems to ignore player issues.
OK for one thing it was a suspension as you said in your post, not a ban as you said it was in your title. Suspensions are not subject to appeal as they are temporary and generally speaking will be over before they have had time to go over the issue and review it to come to a judgement. However, when you were given your suspension you were also given a reason for it such as claim spam. Thus using global chat would have literally nothing to do with that, unless of course you were given a reason which has to do with something about language usage or some other such. Since you have failed to say WHY you were suspended no one here will have any reason to know and thus there is no reason to assume that your suspension was “unfair” or “fair”. It simply was.
Many suspension are handed out to entire clans (such as the afore mentioned land claim ones) and so you personally may not have been actively building any structures but due to being part of the clan you were suspended as well. Furthermore being suspended does not prevent you from playing the game at all. You can sill play solo/co-op as well as playing on the multitude of private servers that are available. You are only suspended from the official servers, and only for the length of time they had told you your suspension was for.
Lastly, nothing will be done on this forum. They cannot help you here and neither can anyone from the community. Simply put, no one has any knowledge of your situation and anything anyone says is purely speculation at best. The only thing you can do is contact Zendesk but as I pointed out they do not really do anything in regards to suspension, only bans. I am sorry that I do not have better information for you but it is what it is.
