The bazaar doesn't work and my bazaar and battle pass weight disappeared

Bug Description:

when entering the game the connection is long and after 10 minutes it enters the server and shows the wrong ID and my battle pass and market weight disappeared

Bug Reproduction:

I checked the integrity of the files and then reinstalled the game

funkom, why is there no answer to my problem? what kind of ignoring is this, I spent so much money on your market and how can I buy anything from you after that

there are other people that had this happen to them , we suspect hackers with admin level cheat to have reset your knowledge , problem is you can’t relearn any of them ( like sorcery ) , we haven’t seen any type of answer from funcom on restoring characters , so your best bet is to recreate a new one … if you can :pensive_face:

this is a problem for everyone, I will add that the magician already exists and the market weight shows that it exists but is inactive, and after a long wait I connect to the game with a different ID and the market itself is not there

Have you tried looking on Single Player mode to see if your Bazaar items are available?

I tried, it doesn’t work, the same thing, I remember that there was such an ID 3-4 years ago, also in the fall, when after the update there were problems with logging in and the bazaar

Unfortunately, the same situation is happening to me. I spent a lot of money on buying items at the bazaar and now ALL of it is out of my reach.
