World Bosses and Dungeon Bosses spawn in the middle of the highlands during high pop sever lag, making the Dungeon left empty while the boss wanders around the 0,0 coordinate area.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Have a server population of over 50
2. Go to dungeon to farm boss
3. Watch boss disappear
4. Have someone standing at 0,0 and watch them fall from the sky.

Basegame NPC's all teleporting to 1 location

To everyone here, I know not all of you use the RemoveCursedWall mod, but for some reason it can invalidate NavMeshBounds in both vanilla and modded dungeons, this can cause any NPCs in said dungeons to fall through the dungeon, and if parts of the map are not loaded or in certain dungeons they will fall to the safety volume below the map and get reset to position 0,0,0.
