Bug Description:
Cimmerian fur armor do not longer exist. All cimmerian’s armors do not have fur on it.
Bug Reproduction:
Can’t Craft or drop the armor from the admin panel

This hasn’t been in the game for a long time now. Not sure why it was removed, but the cimmerian armor has always been epic (“flawless”) so the change effected every case of the armor (dropped or crafted). It’s likely not a bug, but a design choice… or some other reason.
It’s not a bug m8, it’s changed years now. There are no exceptional and flawless anymore, neither region crafters. All the crafters fix all the regions the same, they just have specifications now. One is making them lighter, the other more durable and the “best” with higher armor stats. No matter the region of the armorer, when you unlock the knowledge of the armor you can craft it now. Plus we don’t need purge armorers to gain the redeemed silent legion set.
Best of all, all the armors provide both heat and cold resistance, so you don’t need to change armors all the time. With one set of armor you can go from volcano to frozen peaks. The legendary armor pieces again provide heat and cold resistance.

You can’t really call it a bug as per the above replies, but it would certainly be welcome to have the fur variant added back into the game.
The sad thing is the image in the feats show fur on the shoulders
