The game fatal crashes every time/ no mods/xbox app

Bug Description:

The game gives me a fatal crash every time i try to play; the fatal crash report window shows up before the intro cinematic and if you close it the game will too, if you ignore it the game will last max 10 minutes before closing itself; i play in the xbox app; i have tried to verify and repair the files; i use no mods; i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times in different drives and nothing works. Help!

I see that you already tried to uninstall and reinstal your game, plus many other steps.
Have you perhaps performed those very steps in the following order darthman?
1 - Uninstall the game
2 - Manually check if every folder/file was properly removed
3 - Log out from Steam
4 - Reinstall the game
5 - Verify files
6 - Attempt to play

If not, please attempt to do them in the referred order and lets us know if they worked for you darthman!

Hello

I just did the steps in the order you recommended (except the one for steam given that i dont use steam) and the game keeps on giving me a fatal error( the ue4 sandbox has crashed) just before the start of the cinematic.

I have tried every solution i have seen online, but nothing seems to help.

Thank you for reporting on the situation darthman and I’m sorry to hear that the error still persists.

Have you tried to update your Unreal Engine, Windows and Graphics Driver?
