Bug Description:

The game losing focus (be it from a notification, alt-tabbing, using Steam Overlay, and so on) will cause the cursor to drop inputs. This is related closely to the issues people are having with workbenches.

Bug Reproduction:

Alt-tab out of the game, open Steam Overlay, or some other overlay software until you’re suddenly requiring 2+ clicks to do anything.
