how i can enter the server when there is max ping i don’t understand why they put max ping its not even pvp server i just buy the game and my ping higher then the maximum

There are a few no-ping official servers, if your ping is too high to join the rest.
Alternatively, you can try direct connecting to the server if you know the IP.
I have had the same problem. In PC, I play on Official server 1940 and the ping is always higher then allowed and I have to log out of the game completely and reload it several times just to get a ping low enough to get in.
