Hello,
I am busy doing the mission THE PRISONER. However for some reason, the guards in the date factory are incredibly strong (level 38) and I get killed easily. How come that they are stronger that the other ennemies at level 38 ? Can it be that I don’t have the required gear to take them out ? I am at level 42.

Your character level is less important than the level of your gear. Can you take a screenshot of your gear and build/abilities?
That’s by design. You’re not supposed to engage the guards. Sneak through the factory until you reach the prison. Then beat them up with your fists on the way out - just alternating smoothly between left and right mouse button for the quick attacks will work nicely
