Servers seem fine, just no ‘live connection’ sadly, no gaming again today.

My server is getting exactly this. Folks stuck in the “connecting to live services” loop.
Followed by something like “failed to recognize some DLC.”

And since apparently NO ONE works at this company on the weekends we are likely SOL. AGAIN.

This is currently happening on Playstation server’s. Connecting to Funcom live taking forever then saying. I believe lost connection won’t load far enough now. @Pazsu @Gnidych @Community what is happening with the game now. Going into Help doesn’t work won’t accept platform. Looking forward to not playing today. :upside_down_face:

the problem is that some of the players are on the servers. Soon RT, who will raid, and the rest will not even be able to defend themselves. There have already been similar situations and NOTHING has been done.

And a part of the problem with outsourcing is
 I honestly don’t know if Funcom has anyone on call on week-ends, but even if they do? They have to open a ticket or something like that with PlayFab, and hope it’s handled.
Might be part of why those problems always occur on Friday/Saturdays but are never fixed until the next Tuesday or Wednesday, no clue. But it’s systematic.

And THAT is just batshit insane for a gaming company. When the hell do they think the majority of players are actually on playing???

Especially when it’s now public company policy that no changes should be pushed on Friday for weekend release. That policy needs to be enforced regardless of outsourcing function.

connection with server is lost; authentication failed. that’s what i’m seeing over and over again. hopefully someone is close enough to figure it out and fix it. :frowning:

Seems you can get online if you keep trying over, and over

But it will boot you offline at the first authentication tick (after about 10 seconds). It took me around 10 login/kick cycles to get myself somewhere safe to log out.

Those that are already logged safely and just trying to log in to play, it’s pointless since you will get kicked after 10 seconds anyway.
Please try to be considerate to those that aren’t logged safely and stop hammering the servers for a little bit so they have a small chance to save/recover their body.
