I’ve killed her 5 times and she’s dropped nothing, she’s got nothing in her inventory and when I chop her up get the normal stuff no fragment of power no repair kit no nothing but meat blood head… this a bug?
That is most likely a bug, when I farm the red mother the fragment of power and legendary repair kit is 100% drop, while the weapons and gears are rng.
I get nothing at all…
If its not an official server try to ask the admin, if it is just hope the hotfix fixed it.

On official and the big red dragon towards the back of the unamed city
Well top if u look on map
Red mother is west side of unnamed, only 1 boss more west and thts the blue skeleton. Green dragon is south side
Yea I was killing the one to the north before you get to the rhino king… found her and she’s so much easier then that one
The dragon to the northen entrance is just a normal red dragon
The one to the South-west inside the Unnamed City (on the bottom of long stairs) is a green dragon.
The one in the West part of Unnamed City under a structure and looking REALLY bigger than Others is the Red Mother.

You are sure its the red mother you kill in the unamed city its in total 3 dragons too kill and only 1 give the fragment of power
