The tavern customers names, a bug or a feature?

Before the age of heroes when NPCs visited your tavern, after aiming your cursor at one of them, you could right away tell what kind of thrall he/she is and what is his/her tier, nice and easy! But now it doesn’t tell you anything beside it’s “tavern’s customer”! You gotta go from thrall to thrall and click “E” on every single one of them to see those things! Why? Why to delete the small adjustments like this this, that saves us some time and makes the game more pleasurable?
Is it a bug, or a feature, cus I’m not really sure, as I cannot find any particular reason to change this aspect.
I play on PC, Steam. Single player, PvE, no mods.

I’ve seen mixes of thralls - unnamed and named, hireable and those not interested - and the Traders too.

That’s not what I’m talking about here. When it comes to the thralls you can recruit, their names and tier levels don’t display on the screen once you aim your cursor at them, I know that not everyone is hireable.

This may have been changed to distinguish between tavern patrons and your own thralls wandering around your base.

Not saying it was a good idea, just giving a possible reason.

Yeah, and trader thralls too.
Does make it nice that some of the more interesting thralls have distinctive clothes too.
