The Wine Cellar door does not allow exit

Bug Reproduction:

Go into the Wine Cellar, attempt to leave by interacting with the door that says “Return to the surface”, it very often does nothing at all

Thank you for your report. Can you share with us if you’re trying to leave using the door just after getting in or do you spend a while inside the dungeon before leaving?

Do you usually kill any NPCs before trying to leave?

I go in regularly to kill Szeth for his truncheon. I often kill the 2 relic hunters in the next room as well, then I leave. I often have problems exiting, if I’m lucky within 4-7 attempts I get out. Sometimes 20+ attempts are fruitless, I relog and then 4-7 attempts gets me out.
