I have noticed the following problem in recent battles. After the boss fight it is not possible to use the exit. You die immediately. This has happened to me the last three times in a row.
I always run back now, otherwise my thrall always returns to the main base.
Which is also a problem.

I don’t have a answer for dying on exit. But put down a bedroll and park your thrall next to it and then have it follow you in to the dungeon. They will return to your bedroll.
Bedroll will have to be out side of the city.
Hello @Fieldbreaker, do you get any relevant message regarding the cause of death on your Event Log?
No, I have enough HP and am not bleeding. After death it only says “You were killed by you”

I did the dungon together with someone else today.
The exact message I get is “You fell through the floor.” But nothing happened to my companion.
I walked past his dead body and went out the exit that was behind a building on the water.
