At the end when you kill the spider to complete the mission. If it’s your first play on that character you’ll naturally run towards the lore up the steps, but guess what. That’s where the teleport appears. So you don’t get the lore without having to go all the way back.

Just came across this and can confirm it’s still a thing, years later. Surprised it hasn’t been adjusted considering how easy it is to miss the lore if you’re not expecting the portal to drop right there.
Not a bug tho as you can always go back and get it whenever you want.
