I’m at PvE Official server and logged in today and a fish and both turanian and khitan artisan tables (DLC) we’re gone 
What’s going on? How is that possible?
I think the building loading optimizations patch still has a few bugs that haven’t been worked out related to premature decay. If you check your event log, you’re apt to see that those items lost stability, or that it said they would decay at a time earlier than time at which it was last refreshed (i.e. stating a “future” date that’s actually in the past).
Several players on the Official PC PvE I play on have had tables vanish along with everything atop them. Additionally, I had a greater wheel of pain that I’d built a base around just poof, while another long-time player has an entire base vanish just 3 days after his last visit (T3, 168 hours).
So yeah, you’re not alone, and we’re all hoping it gets fixed soon.

I’m leaving everything on top of floors now, even corpses disappear and appear back when you walk away and come back.
I’m on PS4, by the way.
