Thirst and Hunger SFX have become non existent.
Not heard a dry throat for maybe a month.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Play every day.

Does your character have any other voice SFX when attacking, using emotes or jumping?
Did the issue occur after the latest patch or randomly?
What is your selected voice preset, and is it a male or female character?
