The new Purge needs flat land the size of Ikea + adjacent car park to spawn.
When there is no space for purge’s camp with palisades it should spawn at the nearest available spot or just like the old purge, without the camp…

On the purge not spawning, try removing the doors. Not the door ways, just the doors. All of them necessary to make a clear path from outside to your coffer.
Yes, I know, it’s stupid, but it consistently worked when I was playing around with it on the beta client.

At our base, as it was a permanent box, there could be no purge
When we placed the box where I am standing, the purge took place.
I think your treasurer is too far from the gates.

Where’s the treasurer? At the top of the stairs? I think there needs to be like 1 foundation of flat space in front of it for the enemies when they reach it to be able to steal from it. If its right at the top of the stairs it might not like that.
I tried a long base and was able to get a purge to spawn when the distance was 60 foundations from coffer to gate, but It did not like 80 foundations distance.

Yea i had to play around on single player to figure out a good spot because theres no way a purge was gonna trigger in my base. Doesnt need to be huge since they target door ways so any long base with a nice open space near by should do the trick
