So now I cannot call in purge nor can you report this because funcom asks for more info and you can’t give them clan tags because there is none and you can’t see the Gamertag either … people make dummy accounts which this clearly is and nothing will be done by funcom … the fun in the game is ruined because people think they are more entitled than you… they want what you have so let’s just report people and get them falsely banned or stuff deleted or dummy account spam around them and make their life miserable until they move and these same people do this and nothing happens to them … funcom just wants people on private servers and or pvp servers only… so just run around with dummy accounts, don’t make a clan so no one can see who it is, when you try to report funcom will say “need more info” which you cannot get…
They technically don’t need more information, so long as you give a location and the description of the infraction, as well as screenshots of said infraction. That’s a false statement and if they told you that, it’s their way of trying to narrow it down. It basically just helps them to avoid removing any nearby bases, though that’s unlikely to happen unless said bases are in violation as well—in theory. I’ve heard that happen before, but I believe it’s pretty rare. Now the main issue is that it can take a month or so, with weekly/bi-weekly follow-ups to ensure they know you’re still in need of action.
through zendesk they will respond. the initial post redirects you to a new post on the forum, which you just copy and paste.
there has been a lot of clans and players recently with blank clan and or player names. just screenshot them and report it. i would say let funcom figure the rest out but i don’t think they are capable
Check player list often. Every time you see a player online without a clan, go check that with a hammer.
When a clanless player is online, their buildings will show their gamertag, but ONLY while they are actively online. 
This, but also take a screenshot with a circle over the area. By that I mean make sure you stand on their foundations.
I haven’t seen you or Walls lately so I’m assuming this isn’t on 505.

FUncom still wanted pics because they did not know where “The Hand” was.
Until the new purge system, they ignored players building next to you so thier purge would attack your base in PvE.
The pics I believe are primarily to audit the report. If it looks like a violation, they’ll investigate further. If it’s just someone complaining because they don’t like the build, it’s another matter. So yeah, just provide the pics. I don’t see why that’s an unreasonable request. They don’t have the manpower to respond to everything.
