I’m new to the game and am playing on solo, but recently I’ve been having issues with the game. I log out and something I’ve spent time gathering the materials and building disappears ( along with the items inside if its a chest or crafting station ) As well as logging out and my attributes and skills are reset to 1 but i keep my level. Sometimes i get a character change ( Appearance and sex ) This has been happening to me for almost a week now, no matter how far i try and progress it happens. And the frustration is causing me to think to stop attempting to play the game. Please fix this

It would probably be helpful for folks trying to diagnose you issues if you could provide some more details.
Single Player or Online?
If online, Private or Public Server?
Is it PvP, PVE, or PVE-C?
different servers have different settings for what can be manipulated by other players.
Have you checked the Event Log?
This will usually provide details for when you die, or an item expires from the server.
When you encounter issues and need assistance, its best to provide as much specific detail as you can.

@Dun_d Welcome to the Forum. When you logout do you check into your bed first that should prompt a save not saying it’s working several other players are having this problem. Funcom is aware what is being done is not known. Don’t play offline myself. Best of luck to you.

There are a lot of reports like yours m8 for single player.
I don’t endure this issue, but it’s true. My suggestion is to try for awhile to play on official or private pve servers. Official servers will react the best if you choose to play on your region.
For this however you need psn.
If you don’t have psn then i believe this is the greatest reason of your problem. For some reason the last couple years we have Funcom live services. After the Age of war the users that do not have psn probably they cannot sync with Funcom live services and the game do not react correctly.
Maybe i am wrong! It’s just a guess.

How much space does the game holds in your console, how many giga?
How much free space your console has?

When i go to play, i get the option to “Play Online” or “Singleplayer/Co-Op”. I choose Play in Single-player, and this is where my issues occurs. And i dont get to “choose” my server, i guess i join a random server for only myself that isnt created by anyone specific? my Singed in ID is Let-Death-Come
No, you are just playing on your computer’s ‘server’.

on my Ps5 it takes up 106GB from my 667.2GB Console Storage, and what is PSN? I got this game for “free” threw PS Pluse and was thinking about buying the game until this issue presented itself. Why give us the option to play solo if the game bugs and takes away your progress for no reason at all other than “due to the update changes have been made” but it dont state what was changed or the reason on why our characters got restarted and keeps restarting

If you have pst you can play on official and private servers you don’t even need it to do so my alternate character does not have it and I have logged thousands of hours with her. Find a pve or preferably a pvec server not so built up to play on. Been on Siptah the last few hours things are working fine also decay is turned off do to issues on the southern island’s. @Dun_ not pst but psn plus fingers get confused

Me too, i still play this way. If you want to contribute you can always buy dlcs, bazzar, battle pass, you have plenty ways to spend, but first you need to be able to play isn’t it. I don’t see any reason my friend to spend a dime in a game you cannot play.
And one thing certain, we PAY for PlayStation plus, every month, it’s not for free, so we feel no remorse that we take free games, it’s part of the deal isn’t it?
