Thrall behaviour during dungeon action

In the Savage Wilds Mod there is the dungeon The Sunken Forge. In this dungeon there are certain chambers/rooms that can be reached by diving. The thralls you take with you do not automatically follow you into these chambers. I’m always annoyed by this lack of follow-up behavior. It doesn’t matter whether I make the first strike on the enemy or aim at the enemy and give the attack command. As a rule, not all of the thralls I carry follow, sometimes even none at all into the chamber. Often they only follow when the fight is over. And I set the follow distance to the lowest distance beforehand.

I wonder if this bug only occurs in the Savage Wild mod or if similar problems are known on the other maps of Conan Exiles? And how can this bug be fixed?

Happens frequently in the Sunken City on EL.

There was a time they never showed but now you have to wait 1-3 minutes before they appear.

In 1-3 minutes my charakter will be killed by the enemies. In this champers are stronger enemies (three skulls in the name). I play in the civilian modus, the lightest modus. But these enemies are hard to kill.

I am not familiar with Savage Wilds, only confirming that it is a vanilla issue as well.
