I think it would be great to allow 2 thralls to follow you like a small party. You could set the following distance so they dont always hit each other. And do QOL for followers like arguing or conversation when your at idle for a bit.

This would be wonderful. I believe that bearers should not be able to wield weapons at all. Their fists should be enough to protect them selfs or a shield bashing. For this reason a fighter and a bearer instead of horse could be awesome. So bearers will act as mounts and not as guard followers, bodyguards.
There are a lot of people who does not use mounts, so bearers could replace this for the walking lovers

I would like to see 10 thralls following or better yet to command them. Image if you can get thralls to farm that will make the game more intense.
Thrall farming was on the roadmap at one point, but has been cancelled for now.

The Better Thralls mod with admin rights will allow you to take any number of thralls with you and even level them at the same time

I think it would be fun to mess around with for sure. I wouldn’t wanna see it in any of the official servers though. Maybe when the day comes that FC is bored and has nothing else to do they can add a server option: “Maximum Number of Followers (0~10)”?
I’d play around with that sometimes - might be fun/funny.
That does sound interesting… But I can totally understand why it was ditched just moments after being spit-balled too…

I agree: vanilla is not meant for this.
But in the Age of Calamitous mod to destroy a faction camp or in the EEWA mod to defeat the boss are almost impossible without a group of thralls.

Yah would be nice if some officals servers were modified in different ways. Would be nice to feel like a general and make a clan that is 20 people with thralls underneath them.
Command thralls to gather specific resources and killing them if you see them traveling.

Sounds great, if anything just trying to level up more than one thrall at a time, if you’re on your own it can be a bit of a chore.
To be honest, I’d settle being able to take a mount, a thrall, and a pet.
