Thrall Growth percentage bugged

Currently trying to level a Thrall Which is now at L15. At level 14 no attributes increased… L15 was ok. But now the chance modifier is stuck at 7% Agility and 7% Survival, It wont change no matter what food i feed the Thrall…

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I’ve run into this before, but what I did accidentally was feed the thrall the wrong food. This is what I did for it and I hope it works for you.

Remove all food from the thrall’s inventory then provide some damage from some critter or an NPC. Even take away his weapon and let him fistfight so there is enough damage that he wants to eat to regen. With his health is still down, feed him the grilled steak and see if that fixes it. In most of my cases it did. The few times it did not, I removed all food and waited a day (which included a server restart) then repeated the process.

That is not working at the moment, Maybe after a reset, And the culprit no doubt is something I fed hir to aid healing.

I’ve also observed that one of the 10 foods for each follower, tends to cause this issue more than the others.

So far this solution has not worked, Will try again tomorrow.

30 hrs untouched, Two resets, With no food, let the thrall take significant damage then fed grilled stake and it is still bugged at 7% Agil and 7% Surv.
I went and let the thrall level up and that cleared the problem. Unfortunately i lost a little progression.
